Patrick Conger

Born in Long Beach, California, Patrick's family moved to Nashville during elementary school. He attended Metropolitan Nashville Public schools through high school. In college, Patrick earned a degree in Accounting while playing NAIA basketball at Trevecca Nazarene University. Out of college, Patrick spent 3 years in Audit at Ernst & Young.


Patrick has managed his advisory clientele since 2001 at NYSE member firms Robert W. Baird, Morgan Keegan and UBS, before joining LPL Financial in 2011. During this time, he has received the AAMS designation from the College of Financial Planning, along with earning an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Belmont University.


Patrick's clientele is a primarily a mix of corporate executives, diverse families and athletes. His background in Accounting and athletics, give him a distinctive perspective when advising clients in financial matters. In his career, he has provided Wealth Management advice to professionals in MMA, baseball, basketball, and football.


Over his career, Patrick has served on the Board of Directors for Nashville non-profits FiftyForward, Inc., Matthew Walker Comprehensive Healthcare Center, The Bethlehem Centers of Nashville, The Young Leaders Council, and the President's Advisory Board of Trevecca.

Rachel Arnold

Rachel Arnold, a Nashville native, brings over a decade of administrative experience to her professional life. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in various administrative roles, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.


Rachel and her husband spent nearly three years living and working in Asia. Immersed in diverse customs and new environments, she developed an appreciation for cultural understanding and the importance of embracing different perspectives.


Driven by a desire to make a positive impact in both her professional and personal worlds, Rachel is deeply involved in volunteer work within her community. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her family and their dog, Bailey.
